NHS England are now offering graduate placements into NHS Estates Engineering and Estates Management via the General Management Training Scheme (GMTS), therefore we have had to consider our position going forward. Whilst there are differences, both positive and negative, between both schemes, we do not feel that we are in a position to maintain a self-funding model going forward and the risk would outweigh any benefits. Following a review of the programme, we have made the decision to retire the NHS Pathways 2 Estates Graduate Training Scheme. Consequently, it is with regret that we will no longer be recruiting graduates to the scheme.
